1. Right to exchange or return free of charge (only for private customers)

You have the right to return all goods bought at promicron.de or promicron.com free of charge within 14 days of delivery, without being obliged to state your reasons.

To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within the 14-day period by mail to:

If you return goods bought online, the contract is cancelled and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.

If you return one item of an order but would like to pay for any other items ordered at the same time, just subtract the item you have returned from the bill. If you are paying by direct debit, we will not charge you the price of the item you have returned automatically.

2. Delivery proviso Deliveries can be made whilst stocks last. We deliver within countries listed below:

3. Delivery costs

4. Reservation of ownership

Goods remain the property of Promicron until payment has been received in full.

5. Modes of Payment

Payment for goods is to be made by:

prepayment (the goods leave our warehouse when the amount invoiced is booked to our account) or

PayPal (Fast and secure payment via PayPal. Your data will be stored in a seperate terminal-window via secure transmission.)

Invoice (You pay after having received an invoice within 14 days. Only for regular customers of ours or after our explicit agreement.)
