Promicron and Leica Microsystems have been partners for many years. Promicron is not only regional distributor, but also partner for special microscope solutions. Amongst others, an inspection solution for the knurling on the edge of euro coins was developed. The entire coin was thereby "unrolled" in front of the camera. Another project was an adjustable C-Mount for fine settings of the camera rotation.
