Right to return goods

1. Conclusion of the contract

Before submitting your order, step 4 of the ordering process ("Verify and send order") offers you the chance to check all the details again (i.e. name, address, method of payment and items ordered) and to make changes if necessary.

Once you have gone through the ordering process at promicron.com or promicron.de or promicron.org by entering the details as prompted, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods of ProMicron by clicking the button "order now" in the Step 4 of your order.

This offer is accepted (and the contract thereby concluded) by dispatching the goods you ordered or a confirmation of the contract.

The contract is therefore brought about when the goods you ordered are dispatched or a confirmation of the contract is sent.

2. Identity of the contracting partner

The contract is concluded with ProMicron, unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. Storage of the contractual text 

If you have provided us with your eMail address, you will also receive all the relevant details of your order by eMail, which you may also print.

4. Right to exchange or return goods (applies only to private cutomers)

You have the right to return all goods bought at promicron.de or promicron.com or promicron.org within 14 days of receipt, without being obliged to state your reasons.

If you exercise your right to exchange or return goods within 14 days of receiving the goods, the sales contract is rendered invalid.

To comply with the time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within the 14-day period by fax, e-mail or mail to:

If you return goods, the contract is cancelled and any sums paid are refunded once the delivered goods have been returned.

Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.
