KLA-Tencor INM MikroskopeKLA-Tencor's microscope series INM100, INM200, INM300 was orginially sold in Wetzlar and known under the trade name Leica. After Leica's semiconductor business was sold, the well-known system microscopes were manufactured in Wetzlar and then sold under the name of Vistec. After the take-over of Vistec, KLA-Tencor added the tools to their portfolio. Promicron is the exclusive distributor of INM100 - INM300 in the german-speaking area.
